Ken knows his stuff! He provides excellent service and products, far superior to the big box stores fit to finish! For those of us that are inclined to just go out and buy what we assume to be the best thing the big stores have, Ken is the solution! He gave us a number of different options and levels of audio/video investment with a very concise proposal to fit our needs at multiple levels. You don’t get that from the big guys and that’s what I appreciated most! Not the “here’s what we have so those are your choices” approach, it was personal service that provided the solution to our problem all the way. Highly recommended!

Another great installation completed by Ken. Excellent product selection for the projector mount and in celing speakers. Completed in wall wiring in a complicated finished basement setup. Highly would recommend Ken for any home theater installation. Now all I need is a popcorn maker!

I tried to install my speakers and ran into a ton of trouble (read: gave up). Ken from Borg Custom Audio and Video got the job done in record time. Very pleased, would recommend.

When I decided I was going to buy a home theatre system. I thought ‘ I’ll go on the internet do some research and decide what I am going to spend my money on.’ Mistake #1. Well I guess it wasn’t a mistake but there was just way too much info for me to get through and understand. Information overload. Then I thought ‘ I’ll go to the big box stores and see what they are selling’ Mistake #2. This was a mistake and a complete waste of time. Pushy sales men trying sell me things I don’t want or need and I’m not really sure they knew what they were talking about.
Then my brother referred me to Borg Custom Audio Video. Ken came to my house and analyzed my basement and gave me some concrete ideas of what would look best and provided an estimate as to what I could buy within my budget. He provided me with some research, and where to go to find out even more info. He encouraged me to compare different TV’s and make sure I bought the TV I wanted, not the TV he wanted to sell. He provided me with three quotes outlining different options I could go with when building my HTS. I was going buy from Borg Custom Audio Video because I knew Ken cared almost as much as I did on what the final product would look and sound like. He was able to install and optimize the HTS without any hassle or hidden fees and always in a professional and accommodating way. The final product looks and sounds amazing. The TV and on wall speakers look great even when it’s not on! My family TV/Movie nights are more enjoyable, even my wife is thrilled. I would highly recommend Borg Custom Audio Video to anyone thinking of buying a HTS. Frankly, I don’t think it makes any sense to spend the money any HTS will cost without having a professional like Ken to guide you along the way.

After moving into a new House my old TV was just taking up too much space. I contacted Ken at Borg Custom Audio Video and he provided great ideas for the area I was working in.
I had a strict budget for this upgrade – Ken was able to get me what I wanted and was able to stay within my budget. His installation service for the LCD mount was great – The LCD TV he recommended is beautiful. I also had a HD Projector that I got on sale a little while ago, but had not setup yet. Ken made an excellent choice for a projector screen for our area.
We now have the setup we wanted and have reclaimed our Entertainment room space – enough so to add a new couch for watching movies on our New Projector Screen – It’s like we have our own personal Movie Theater now! Highly recommended – Give Borg Audio Video a call – You will be impressed with the service and delighted with the end result.

Ken Borg was introduced to us by a friend. We just bought a new home and needed to buy an entire entertainment centre. We first looked around at future shop and best buy, then we called Ken and he had great ideas to make everything look nice (that’s all my wife cared about), but still having substance. We decided to go with him and Let me tell you, Ken was professional throughout the entire job and he got it done within the agreed upon price and time. We love our home entertainment centre and so do our friends. We have been and will continue to recommend Borg Custom Audio and Video to our family and friends.
